Objectives
An up and coming bakery in Lagos is looking for a Marketing Officer who will be responsible for implementing a range of marketing activities for the company to increase business sales and profit using low cost measures
Assessing and analyzing marketing needs of the company
Developing and implementing an internal marketing and sales programme
Planning and project managing events and evaluating their success
Repairing, planning and project managing the publication of all materials to maximize brand promotion
Promoting the brand through Social media and Digital Communications
Improving the companies brand image both within and outside stores
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing and sales activity
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
Minimum of HND in Marketing or related field
Proficient in using Social Media and Digital Communications on sites such as Facebook, Twitter Instagram etc
Good IT Skills
Event Management skills/experience
Strong and effective Communication Skills
Creative Design Skills
Attention to Detail
Problem Solver
Capable of working under pressure
Organisation and effective time management skills
