The Workplace Centre Foundation is partnering with Oracle Academy to launch our maiden edition of 'YouthInvest Initiative'. This edition is offering 75 Nigerian youths a FREE 4days Training on two Oracle Products.

Program Summary
This training is aimed at reducing unemployment by impacting youths with the required skills to enable them become entrepreneurs and also to become employable.
This training is infused with soft skills and practical business aspects of the Oracle Product being learnt. About 30 top participants will get the opportunity to participate in a further training for the attainment of a certification as Oracle Certified Junior Associate (OCJA).
Also, top achievers in the OCJA Certification will have the opportunity to be enrolled in our Innovation Hub as Entrepreneurs and others will have priority access to get placed as Interns or full time jobs in various Tech Companies. Some of the trainees will also get freelance projects to work on through our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Scheme.
The training will run in three (3) batches where 25 people will be trained per batch which makes a total of 75 people in the batches.

Training I
Date: April 4th -7th
Time: 9am-4pm
Course: SQL Database
Training II
Date: April 10th -13th
Time: 9am-4pm
Course: SQL Database
Training III
Date: April 18th -21st
Time: 9am-4pm
Course: Java Programming using Greenfoot
Requirements for the Oracle SQL Training
Must have a BSc/HND or a final year student in the University/Polytechnic.
Must have studied or currently studying a course in Faculty of Science or Engineering.
Must not be more than 31years old.
Must either be a recent Unemployed Graduate or a Final Year Student based in Lagos.
Must have a passion for ICT
Previous entrepreneurial experience (with proof) will be an added advantage.
Ladies are HIGHLY encouraged to apply.
